POC's funding has helped the Mount Hope Community Center immensely. Now we are able to do a lot more with more. Providing food security, application assistance, referrals, job readiness workshops, COVID-19 testing/vaccination/education, affordable housing on the horizon and whatever else the community needs are we will do our best to meet those needs. We are grateful for POC's funding and excited about our future.
